| TERMS AND CONDITIONS |
| •Deposit :Any reservation will only be final after payment of a deposit of 50% of the amount of the stay. |
| •Cancellation: We have a 30 day cancellation policy. All reservations canceled 31 days or more prior to the reserved arrival date are fully refunded. For any cancellation 30 days or less from the date of arrival of the reservation, we will charge the deposit of 50%. |
| • Shortened stay: In the event of early departure, the amount of the initial stay will be invoiced in full as compensation. |
| •Reception: The reception & check-in takes place between 4 pm and 8 pm. For any planned arrival outside these hours, please contact us. Reception in French, English and German. |
| •Departure: The rooms must be vacated no later than 11 am on the day of departure. |
| •Breakfast: Breakfast is served between 9am and 10am. |
| •Taxes:Prices include VAT. |
| •The additional tourist tax amounts to €1.15 per night and per person over 18 years old. |
| •Animals: We welcome our animal friends. |
| •Loss or theft: We assume no responsibility for loss or theft of the property. |
| •Catering:Table d'hôte on reservation. |
| •Payment: Checks, transfers, cash. |
| •The pool is not supervised. Minors or incompetents cannot under any circumstances be left unsupervised in the property. |
